Meet The 2025 Judges

Dr. Reinhart started his career at Munich Re Group in 1996. Since then he has worked in several technical and managerial positions at Munich Re. Before he took over the role as Global Head of Cyber for Munich Re Group, he was the Chief Underwriting Officer Non-Life. In his current role he is responsible for setting the global cyber strategy for the group as well as the risk management in respect of cyber. Dr. Reinhart is deputizing the Chief Underwriter for the Reinsurance Group. He studied mathematics and did his PhD in aerospace engineering. Since 2000 he is a qualified actuary and a member of multiple boards in the German Actuarial Association (DAV).

Siobhan leads the International Cyber Centre of Excellence at Guy Carpenter and works with the account teams to support all strategy and product development for cyber internationally. She also liaises with the Global Innovation and Product Development team which studies emerging cyber risk issues. Siobhan previously worked at Marsh where she held numerous senior positions, including, National Placement and Advisory Head for Financial Institutions for Marsh FINPRO New York and most recently Marsh UK Cyber Placement Leader and Product Development Team Leader.

Ed is CEO of IRL, a UK-based insurance and Lloyd’s broker dedicated to helping launch new Insurtech brokers and MGAs. Prior to this Ed headed up the Lloyd’s Lab, the home of InsurTech and innovation at Lloyd’s of London, from its launch in 2018 through to the start of its ninth cohort in 2022. Ed started his career as a defence engineer, before moving to KPMG and EY as a management consultant, focussing on data, tech, and analytics... but never for insurers. Ed was awarded Insurance Times Tech Champion of the Year in 2023.

Neil is a cyber insurance professional with over 30 years of specialty insurance experience in the insurance industry. Most recently he was the Head of Cyber Underwriting at Lloyd's of London. This involved leading the cyber strategy at Lloyd's, by providing vision, direction, and oversight to ensure sustainable and profitable performance in this fast-growing and dynamic market segment. Neil’s key achievements include creating a cyber solution at Aviva, Swiss Re and Axis.

With over 15 years of experience in cyber broking and underwriting, Jacqueline Spencer-Sim has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of cyber insurance. She began her cyber career in 2009 at Beazley’s Syndicate 2623. Before joining Hamilton she was a class underwriter at Axis (formerly Novae), focusing on business and relationship development, binder management and underwriting large corporate accounts. She also had tenures at Brit and Lockton. She has positioned Hamilton as a leading market in the cyber insurance segment. A finalist in many industry awards, her expertise and strategic vision continue to drive advancements in cyber insurance.

Daljitt Barn is a senior general manager within Tokio Marine Holdings and, as the global head of cyber risk, is an industry leader in cyber risk and cyber insurance, combining insurance value chain expertise with a cybersecurity technology background. He is responsible for the development of Tokio Marine Group’s cyber insurance strategy, market intelligence, cyber training, performance management and accumulation. He is the leader of the Tokio Marine Innovation Lab in London, which reports directly to the group chief digital officer and focuses on digital transformation in the non-life business. Barn holds several different board advisor roles within the startup community.

Andrea currently serves as an Independent Consultant, is an Investor in Insurtech and a Board Advisor. In the insurance market, Andrea has based her experience in London, Spain and Latin America leading teams to serve EMEA, LatAm & International in Financial Lines and Cyber within Underwriting, Broking and Consulting. She was Co-Chair of the Cyber ​​Underwriting Committee of the London Insurance market and member of the Trust Group of the insurance market with the UK Government on matters of Cyber Insurance and until November of 2023, she served as Head of Finex at WTW LatAm. She is a trained Colombian Lawyer, specialising in Insurance and Risk Management. Certified in Cybersecurity, she has won several international awards for her extensive work in Cybersecurity and Insurance; her leadership in Latin America, as well as in DEI in the London Insurance market.

Assured is a UK cyber insurance broker with a purpose to change the way executives engage with cyber insurance. Ed Ventham has worked with businesses around the globe to achieve insurance cover, specialising in cyber and fintech risks. Ed was a director of the Next Generation Insurance Network and practice leader for UNIBA’s Cyber Centre of Excellence. He currently holds additional roles as a mentor within Startupbootcamp and as an advisor to the NCSC i100 initiative.

Lyndsey Bauer is the Cyber Practice Leader at Paragon International Insurance Brokers Ltd, where she joined in 2007. With over 25 years of experience in the executive lines’ insurance marketplace, her primary responsibility is to deliver advocacy regarding cyber risk and insurability within the global cyber market and across various specialty insurance lines. She provides technical product and claims support, develops proprietary cyber wordings, and conducts training sessions for brokers and business partners on pertinent cyber-risk related topics. Before Paragon, she was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Marsh, Inc., having relocated to London in 2004 from the U

Meghan has recently joined K2 to launch a new cyber MGA. Throughout her career, she has worked to advance actuarial, data science, cyber services and underwriting teams to extract business-critical insights.

As the Former US Leader of Cyber Underwriting Management at Beazley, she understands how invaluable it is to intentionally develop and support innovation. Meghan was named the 2020 NetDiligence 'Toby Merrill' Cyber Industry Rising Star Award recipient. She has contributed to several key industry events including Intelligent Insurer Cyber Insurance conferences in the US.
