Achievement Evidence: Highlight initiatives and accomplishments that occurred predominantly within the 14 months leading up to November 17, 2023.
Testimonials: We value endorsements from colleagues, clients, and market peers, offering a holistic perspective on the nominee’s achievements.
Supporting Materials: Feel free to include materials that provide evidence of performance or other relevant factors bolstering your entry
Key FAQs:
1. Who can enter the awards?
The Awards are open to both companies and individuals who can meet the criteria of the category/categories they wish to enter.
2. Do you need to pay to enter?
Entering the Awards is free of charge. Please note that you must have permission from the nominee in order to enter them.
3. How do I enter?
You can enter the awards by reading through the category details and clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button for the category you wish to enter. You will then be asked to create an account and fill out the entry form. You can choose to enter as many categories as you wish to (please note that only one entry per category per company will be considered for the company categories.)
4. Do I need to be based in Europe to enter the Awards?
Entrants should be based in or have operations in the UK and/or Europe and ideally able to attend the Awards ceremony in London.
5. How do I/my company enter more than one category?
Our new online nomination platform will allow you to enter as many categories as you wish.
6. What is the deadline for nominations?
The deadline for nominations is Friday, October 11, 2024.
7. How will the winners be decided?
Intelligent Insurer has gathered together a panel of expert industry judges, details of whom can be found on the Awards website. All the awards categories will be judged using a points-based scoring system followed by a discussion amongst the judges to decide the winner per category.
8. When will we find out about the winners?
The winners will be unveiled at a glittering evening Awards ceremony in London on February 5, where 300+ people will convene for what's rapidly becoming the cyber insurance networking event of the year.
9. How do I buy a ticket to attend the Awards ceremony?
In order to attend the Awards ceremony in London you will need to purchase a table or be invited to join a table. Tables of 10 are available to purchase. Please contact James Brown at jbrown@newtonmedia.co.uk for further details.
10. When and where will the awards take place?
The Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in central London. More details can be found in the nomination pack.
11. How can I sponsor the awards?

Terms & Conditions:
All entries for Intelligent Insurer’s Cyber Insurance Awards Europe 2025 must be examples of work carried out between September 2023 - November 2024 unless stated differently in the category description. Work that has been produced specifically for the awards will not be accepted.
All examples submitted must be an accurate representation of the original and must not be altered in any way to affect the judge’s decision.
Entries are welcomed from any individual, company or team, or the departments of any International company or organisation providing that they meet the criteria for the category they are entering. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may only enter on behalf of their organisation. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may enter work produced on behalf of a client - but only the client name will be accepted as the entrant in this case.
NB. Do not use this as a publicity stunt. These awards are to celebrate excellence in cyber insurance. Please ensure the appropriate department works closely on the submission to ensure its technical accuracy.
Entries are valid only when the online nomination form is received before midnight on the nomination deadline which is Friday October 11, 2024.
